The in-house production at the “Ugora” ready-mix concrete plant (Vasylkiv Concrete) ensures high-quality concrete and construction mixes at reasonable prices. The manufacturing process is controlled by an Italian automated computer dosing system.
In addition, the plant has its own accredited testing laboratory for construction materials, which officially verifies the required product specifications. All products manufactured by the plant undergo thorough inspection there.
The concrete grades produced — from B7.5 to B30 (workability P1–P4) — strictly comply with the requirements of DBN V.2.6-98:2009 “Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures,” DSTU B V.2.7-176:2008, DSTU B V.2.7-18-95, and other applicable standards. Many of these standards are adaptations of corresponding European regulations (EN 206-1:2000, NEQ), ensuring international-level quality and reliability.

In addition to high-quality in-house products — cement, construction mixes, mortars, and solid foundation blocks (FBS) — the company also offers related construction materials. As part of our comprehensive service, we provide delivery of these products using our own transport within the Vasylkiv district and the Kyiv region.
