The guarantee of the quality of the products of the Ready-Mix Concrete Plant «Ugora» is a modern production base, which contains a complete set of equipment. For many production cycles, the «heart» is an Italian concrete mixing unit controlled by a specialized computer process control system.
Our products are divided into two groups
Regarding the delivery of purchased products, we can assure customers that the plant provides delivery to any point of Vasylkiv or Vasylkivsky district of the Kyiv region using its own transport.
First group
Traditional construction materials: ready-mix concrete, concrete mortars of various grades, dry masonry mixes, bagged cement, foundation blocks (FBS).
Second group
Crushed stone, screenings, and sand—essential for any construction site or landscaping project.
Density
Water on the surface. Properly prepared concrete has a fairly thick, uniform consistency. Some mixer operators offer to dilute the concrete mixture with water for more convenient laying or do it themselves without your participation. Such measures are unacceptable and inevitably lead to a loss of strength. After pouring diluted concrete into the formwork, there are "puddles" of water on the surface.
Homogeneity
The first thing you should pay attention to. A properly selected composition has a uniform structure. Crushed stone is evenly distributed over the entire volume and does not settle down. It is not allowed to view fallen lumps of fillers. This indicates insufficient mixing of the mixture and incorrect selection of the ratio of components. It is enough to immerse your hand in concrete for 10-15 mm. You must feel the crushed stone.
