THE TECHNOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE CONCRETE PLANT IS A MODERN PRODUCTION BASE THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING COMPLEX OF EQUIPMENT:
In the production of special concrete, sand is used, which is sifted on an industrial automatic installation. In addition to the listed production modules, the plant has its own accredited testing laboratory for construction materials. All products manufactured at the factory are tested in this laboratory, and thanks to this, quality passports are issued for each batch of products.

An important element of the production of concrete mixtures at our plant is that it is carried out in a fully automated mode. The entire technological line, from the loading of bulk materials in the bunkers to the unloading of ready-made mixtures in the truck concrete mixer, is provided by a specialized computer system for controlling the technological process. It was developed by Italian specialists and excludes the possibility of errors related to the dosage of loose components or additives during the production of mixtures. Thanks to this system, the possibility of underloading or production of low-quality products is practically excluded.
