Along with the main products – concrete mixes and blocks – the Ready-Mix Concrete Plant «Ugora» produces high-quality cement mortars. These components are always used during the construction of various objects or repair work.

The listed solutions are high-quality materials for reliable laying of bricks or any blocks, production of floor screeds, plastering, road surface preparation, or other works. The release rate of solutions starts from 0.1 m3.
The factory has its own accredited testing laboratory for building materials. The manufactured products undergo a thorough inspection there. The certificate received by each batch guarantees compliance with the properties specified in DSTU B V.2.7-23-95 “Construction solutions”.
Any construction mortar produced at a concrete plant meets all requirements for compliance with proportions and homogeneity of the mixture. In domestic conditions, it is very difficult to get the proper quality.
An important element of the production of construction mixtures at our plant is that it is carried out in a fully automated mode. The entire technological line, from the loading of bulk materials in the bunkers to the unloading of ready-made mixtures in the truck-concrete mixer, is provided by a specialized Italian computer process control system. It eliminates the possibility of errors related to the dosage of loose components or additives during the manufacture of mixtures.
In addition to the production of mixtures and blocks, the company is engaged in the sale of crushed stone, sifting and sand – traditional materials for construction.
